Posting

By participating in the simulation Emerald Forest all participants (coaches, staffmembers, students and others involved) accept the following: By posting the content you explicitly state that you have the IP rights of the posted content. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos, videos, segment, texts, slogan, names etc (IP content), participants specifically grant the building team of Emerald Forest the permission a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any of this IP content that you post on or in connection with Emerald Forest (IP License).

All participants state that they will not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy or which otherwise breaches any law.

The Building team of the NHTV - Emerald Forest have the sole right to re-use adapt and change any content related to the Emerald Forest at any time or moment according to their insights. We expect that participants will treat each other with respect. We will delete materials that do not live up to these rules and the expectation of the Building Team.

Portrait rights

On participating in the simulation Emerald Forest all participants accept that pictures and videos of them will be made in their role as participants in the simulation. All of this material may be used for purposes related to the project Emerald Forest without limitations on a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free basis.

Not withstanding the foregoing, anyone that has an objection to any part of the content as it is on the platform is encouraged to contact us by sending an email to the Building team vinkesteijn.j at nhtv.nl and request for removal. We have the ability to remove content that and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame, allowing for the manual nature of the removal process. We reserve the right to remove any post without providing a reason.
